No. Guests simply open a link or scan a QR code with their phone camera. Everything runs in the browser, no download, no registration, no account needed.
You get a unique QR code for your Picture Hub that you can print on table cards, display on a screen, or include in your invitations. When a guest scans it with their phone camera, the upload page opens right away.
Photos are stored in high quality. We optimize images for fast loading in the gallery, but the originals are preserved so you can download them in full resolution whenever you want.
We accept JPG, JPEG, PNG, WEBP, GIF, HEIC, HEIF, including HEIC/HEIF, the default format on newer iPhones. So your guests don't need to change any settings on their phone before uploading.
Each guest can upload up to 50 photos at a time, with a maximum file size of 12 MB per photo. There is no overall limit on how many photos your Picture Hub can hold, so collect as many memories as you like.
That's entirely up to you. You can set your Picture Hub so that everyone can browse the gallery, or keep it private so only you see the uploaded photos. You can change this setting at any time.
Yes, Picture Hub works on any modern smartphone, tablet, or computer. iPhone, Android, iPad, it doesn't matter. As long as the device has a browser and a camera, your guests are good to go.
Your photos stay available for as long as your wedset subscription is active. We'll always remind you well in advance before anything changes, so you have plenty of time to download everything.
You can download individual photos from the gallery, or export your entire collection at once from your wedset dashboard. All downloads come in original quality.
Yes! You control when the upload window opens and closes. Many couples leave it open for a few days after the wedding so guests can share photos they took but didn't upload during the celebration.
Absolutely. wedset is a European product, fully GDPR compliant. Your photos are stored securely on European servers. We never share, sell, or use your data for advertising. Your memories belong to you.
