- A limit per invitation, and experimentally per function too.
- The CSV export has one column per function, plus dietary needs and age.

- Jaggo

How your wedding website shows each functionCard and WhatsApp
Printed for the grandparents. WhatsApp for everyone else.
Both lead to the same invitation and end up in the same list.
-
Reply card with QR code
wedset creates a reply card with a QR code for every invitation, in several sizes and as one PDF for all of them. It fits in the envelope with your printed card.
-
One link per household
Every household gets its own link, shared on WhatsApp straight from wedset. Whoever opens it can reply for the whole family.
-
Replies through parents
When the yes comes via Mum, you or your parents enter it yourselves, per person and function. Your parents can plan with you as organisers.
Good to know
Questions about planning an Indian wedding.
Can we invite some people only to the reception and keep smaller functions small?
Yes. Each invitation only includes the functions you pick for it. Guests see those functions with timings, venue and dress code. They see nothing of the others.
Half the guests are our parents’ guests. Can they manage their side themselves?
Yes. Invite them as organisers and tag invitations by side, like bride’s side, groom’s side or parents’ guests. You get one list instead of three spreadsheets. Who gets invited is still something you decide together.
Does wedset remind relatives who haven’t replied?
No, wedset doesn’t send messages. You see who’s still waiting for each function and resend their personal link yourself, ideally one to one rather than in the family group.
How do we keep track of children?
Switch on the age question for the functions where it matters, as an age group or exact age. Where you’re celebrating without children, say so in the personal message on the invitations it applies to.
Can we collect Jain, vegetarian or halal needs for the caterer?
Yes. Switch on the dietary question for the functions where it matters. Everyone answers once as free text, like “Jain, no onion or garlic”. The CSV export shows the answers next to each function’s RSVPs.
Is the guest page available in Hindi, Tamil or Malayalam?
No, the guest page is available in German and English. You write your own texts, like function names, descriptions and the message on each invitation, in whatever language your family reads.
Functions in Germany, reception in Kerala. Can that be one list?
Yes. Each function has its own date and place, and each invitation only includes its own functions. Flights and hotels are organised outside wedset.
Is the wedset invitation enough for a visa?
No. For a Schengen visa, guests from India need a separate invitation letter from you stating the occasion and itinerary. They can apply six months before travelling at the earliest, so an early save-the-date helps.
Start with the function that’s already fixed.
The first names, the first date. Add the rest as you go.
